In our commitment to your safety and the quality of our products, we clarify the approved return and exchange policy: For health reasons, returns or exchanges of products after receipt are strictly prohibited. The order must be checked immediately upon receipt, as no complaints will be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt. If a different product is received from the order, please photograph the product immediately and attach the order number, and contact us via WhatsApp shown on the contact page. The different product can be returned on the condition that it is unopened and unused at all, and if it is opened or the customer refuses to cooperate with the shipping company to return it, the customer bears the cost of the replacement product. Products must be in their original condition and undamaged when returned, with all accessories if available. The delay in delivery caused by the shipping company is beyond our responsibility, and the shipment must be followed up directly with the shipping company using the tracking number sent. If the shipment is refused without justification or not received, resulting in its return, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and it can be reshipped after paying the shipping fees again. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once their status changes to "Completed." If the shipment was sent to a different address due to an error by the shipping company, the responsibility lies with the shipping company, and the customer must follow up with them directly to correct the address or arrange redelivery. We reserve the right to reject complaints if there is proven misuse of the product or non-compliance with the storage and preservation instructions provided.
